Job Description
We’re hiring an Outreach Specialist to connect with real estate professionals—realtors, brokerages, and real estate teams—to generate new business opportunities for RealtorClicks.

Requirements
Experience in outbound outreach, appointment setting, or sales prospecting
Familiarity with the real estate industry is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional in writing and over the phone
Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage high lead volumes daily
Comfortable using CRM tools to manage conversations and track performance
Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to follow scripts and systems precisely
Reliable internet and remote work setup
Experience with Slack, Google Drive, and GoHighLevel is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Identify and contact qualified prospects using multi-channel outreach (text, email, phone, social)
Personalize outreach messages to spark interest and secure meetings for our sales team
Follow up with leads consistently and nurture relationships
Keep CRM data accurate, updated, and organized
Report daily performance and optimize your outreach approach over time
This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently represent our agency to business owners in the real estate space.
